After earning her degrees from Michigan State and Western Governors University, she spent over 20 years applying her knowledge as an administrator and school founder. But in 2016, Joy discovered her true passion - leveraging technology to help businesses connect with customers.
Thus, NP Marketing Group was born. Through her company, Joy provides marketing services to clients across industries. She specializes in digital strategies, forging impactful connections through websites, social media, email and more.
When not working with clients, you can find Joy tending her garden. She enjoys being outdoors and cultivating new life. Joy leads a purpose-driven life, constantly seeking new knowledge and fulfilling relationships between people.

Tim Hallam
VP, Content Creation and Customer Success
Always looking for Win/Win situations, Tim has been working in the Customer Support industry for almost 40 years. Tim has worked for Fortune 500 Companies, such as General Motors and AT&T, as well as many companies beginning their Fortune 500 journey. Tim looks for ways to ensure that his clients are taken care of and helps find innovative ways to keep them ahead of their competition while maintaining the smaller attention to detail that consumers are striving to achieve.
Most of Tim's experience is in the Proprietary (For-Profit) Education business. Using his experience in not only the Admissions Process but also the Operations side, Tim brings a unique understanding to both Adult Education and Private school institutions and how to help them achieve success in all economic and political environments. Tim truly believes that the public sector is not reaching those individuals who truly need an alternative path to meet educational opportunities to achieve their goals.

I'm based in Colorado Springs, and I've built a strong foundation in AI and programming over the years. As a seasoned programmer, I've worked with various programming languages to find creative solutions for complex challenges. My journey into the world of artificial intelligence has been driven by a deep curiosity and the belief that AI can have a transformative impact on industries and people's lives. I have a solid understanding of AI algorithms, machine learning, and deep learning, and I'm dedicated to exploring the endless possibilities of technology.
In addition to my technical interests, I also wear multiple hats, such as being a real estate agent, social media strategist, and data analyst. These diverse roles have given me a unique perspective, allowing me to apply AI and programming concepts in practical ways, like improving real estate listings or crafting data-driven social media strategies. Beyond my professional interests, I'm a devoted father to two wonderful young ladies, and my primary goal is to be the best dad I can be. My passion for lifelong learning and my love for AI and programming drive me to make a positive impact not only in my professional field but also in my community.

Our Story...
We started talking AI...and one thing led to another, and finally, people got sick of hearing us talk about AI and the evolution that would take place, and Rob and I were introduced so we wouldn't bore our friends anymore. That's how it all started. We bored our friends with the "AI Talk." I wish it could be more exciting, but eventually, that is how AI Wizards came into being. Once I knew that I would pivot my business into AI, I brought Tim along with me. And we have been developing, creating, teaching, learning, playing ever since.
